How to Use Polyester Heat Transfer Vinyl

1. Cut: Cut the HTV with the design mirrored and the correct cutting settings for the selected material.
2. Weed: Remove the excess vinyl and keep the required design on the carrier film.
3. Pre-Press: Pre-press the polyester fabric briefly to remove moisture and wrinkles.
4. Heat Press: Place the design on the fabric and press according to the recommended temperature, pressure and time for the selected HTV.
5. Peel: Peel the carrier film using the specified warm or cold peel method.

Important: Polyester fabrics can vary in dye, coating and surface treatment. Always test the selected HTV on the actual fabric before bulk production.
