How to Use Printable Heat Transfer Vinyl
Heat transfer printable vinyl(Printable HTV Vinyl) is like a large, printable sticker for your fabric. It lets you print full-color photos or complex designs using a standard inkjet printer and transfer them to apparel using a heat press or household iron.

Create your design and print it using an eco-solvent, solvent, or latex printer. -
Cut the Design
Use a cutting machine to cut the printed vinyl accurately. -
Weed Excess Material
Remove unwanted parts to leave only your design. -
Heat Press
Apply the design onto fabric at 150–160°C for 10–15 seconds with medium pressure. -
Cold Peel
Let it cool completely, then peel off the carrier film slowly. -
Final Press (Optional)
Press again for 2–5 seconds to improve durability and wash resistance.
