HF TPU Heat Transfer Label (High Frequency TPU Heat Transfer Label) is produced through a high-frequency (HF) welding process, where TPU film is combined with hot-melt adhesive film and pressed against a mold under a high-frequency electromagnetic field. The material is heated and fused to create a raised, three-dimensional design, which is then permanently transferred onto fabric through heat pressing. It is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, oil-resistant, soft-feel, anti-cracking, durable, non-deformable, and provides excellent texture, rich colors, and 3D effects. The label can be customized with glossy, matte, metallic, reflective, holographic, color-changing, and other special finishes to meet various design requirements.
