How to Use Forest Green HTV
- 1. Prepare the Design: Create your logo, lettering, or graphic in cutting software. Mirror the design before cutting if required by the HTV application method.
- 2. Cut the Vinyl: Place the Forest Green HTV in your cutting plotter according to the material instructions and cut the design.
- 3. Weed the Design: Remove excess vinyl carefully, leaving the desired graphic on the carrier film.
- 4. Pre-Press the Fabric: Press the garment for 2–3 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
- 5. Heat Transfer: Position the design on the fabric and press at 140–145°C (284–293°F) for 8–10 seconds, using 3–5 kg medium pressure.
- 6. Warm Peel: Allow the transfer to cool slightly until warm, then peel off the carrier film smoothly.
- 7. Check Adhesion: Ensure the design edges are firmly bonded. If necessary, follow the material-specific instructions for a finishing press.
Important: Test the settings on a sample before bulk production. Forest Green HTV is available in TPU, PU, PVC, and silicone, so fabric compatibility and transfer settings may vary by material.
