How to Use Olive Green Heat Transfer Vinyl
- 1. Create Your Design: Prepare your logo, lettering, numbers, or graphic using compatible design software.
- 2. Cut the Vinyl: Use a cutting plotter to cut the olive green HTV into your desired design.
- 3. Weed Excess Vinyl: Remove unwanted material, leaving the design on the carrier film.
- 4. Pre-Press the Fabric: Press the garment for 2–3 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
- 5. Heat Transfer: Position the design on the fabric and press at 140–145°C (284–293°F) for 8–10 seconds, using 3–5 kg medium pressure.
- 6. Warm Peel: Allow the transfer to cool slightly, then peel off the carrier film while it is still warm.
- 7. Check Adhesion: Ensure the design edges are firmly bonded. If necessary, follow the material-specific instructions for a second press.
Note: These settings are the recommended starting point. As TPU, PU, PVC, and silicone may require different transfer conditions, test a sample on the target fabric before bulk production.
