How to Use Neon Blue HTV
- 1. Create Your Design: Prepare your lettering, logo, or graphic using compatible design software. Mirror the design before cutting.
- 2. Cut the Vinyl: Use a Cricut, Silhouette, Graphtec, Roland, or other compatible cutting plotter. Adjust the blade and cutting pressure according to the material.
- 3. Weed the Design: Remove the excess vinyl carefully, leaving the neon blue lettering or graphic on its carrier.
- 4. Pre-Press the Garment: Press the fabric for 2–3 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
- 5. Apply with a Heat Press: Follow the recommended temperature, pressing time, and pressure for the specific TPU, PU, PVC, or silicone HTV model.
- 6. Peel the Carrier: Allow the transfer to cool slightly until warm, then peel off the carrier film carefully.
- 7. Check the Transfer: Confirm that the design is fully bonded. If needed, repress according to the product instructions.
Important: Transfer settings vary by material. Test a sample on the intended fabric before bulk production, especially when working with spandex or heat-sensitive textiles.
