Matte White Heat Transfer Vinyl​

The matte white heat transfer vinyl (HTV) delivers a smooth, non-reflective surface with clean white color and a soft matte appearance. It cuts and weeds cleanly, transfers with reliable adhesion and provides a consistent finish after pressing. Suitable for cotton, polyester and blended fabrics, it can be used for T-shirts, hoodies, uniforms, sportswear, workwear, bags and other textile products with PU, TPU, PET and PVC options available.

How to Use

1. Cut the Design
Mirror the artwork before cutting and adjust the cutter settings according to the thickness of the matte white HTV.

2. Weed the Design
Remove the excess vinyl carefully, leaving only the design on the carrier film.

3. Pre-Press the Fabric
Pre-press the garment for a few seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles and create a clean, flat pressing surface.

4. Position the HTV
Place the design on the garment with the adhesive side facing down. Check the position before pressing.

5. Heat Press
Press at 140–145°C for 8–15 seconds with medium pressure.

6. Cold Peel
Allow the transfer to cool completely, then peel off the carrier film carefully.
