The White 3D Puff Heat Transfer Vinyl is engineered for controlled expansion, producing a fuller and more even raised surface with a bright, clean white finish. The 0.1 mm film keeps the construction lightweight, while PU, TPU and PET options allow different material performance to be specified. Soft hand feel, easy cutting and weeding, strong adhesion and 60+ wash test durability bring together the details that matter in production and after transfer. Custom thicknesses and sizes are available for specific requirements.

How to Use
1. Create & Mirror Your Design
Prepare your artwork and mirror the design before cutting.
2. Cut the Vinyl
Cut the design with the carrier sheet facing down.
3. Weed the Design
Remove the excess vinyl carefully, keeping the design details clean.
4. Heat Press
Place the design on the garment and press at 155–165°C (311–329°F) with medium pressure, 3–5 kg.
5. Press Both Sides
Press the front side for 8 seconds, then press the back side for 15 seconds.
6. Cold Peel
Allow the material to cool completely, then slowly peel away the carrier film.
7. Check the Transfer
Check the raised surface, edges and adhesion to ensure the transfer is clean and even.
