The patterned heat transfer vinyl (Pattern HTV) is a thin, flexible material made from PU or TPU (polyurethane-based film) with a pre-printed or pre-designed surface pattern.Unlike solid-color HTV, it eliminates the need for tedious multi-layering steps, requiring only a single heat press application. We offers a wide variety of patterns and design options, such as printed, plaid, stripes,leopard,florals,camouflage,tie-dye,glitter textures,or other graphics.Customization based on your designs is also available.
Pattern HTV is widely used for:

How to Use Patterned Heat Transfer Vinyl

-
1. Cut and Weed
- Place patterned HTV face up on cutting mat.
- Cut without mirroring the design.
- Weed excess vinyl. 2. Apply Mask
- Cover design with heat transfer mask.
- Burnish firmly and remove backing. 3. Preheat & Heat Press
- Preheat fabric for 10–15 seconds.
- Position design face up.
- Press at 145–150°C (293–302°F) for 8–10 seconds. 4. Peel
- Peel warm or cold as required.
- Repress if needed for full adhesion.
