Glossy Heat Transfer Vinyl​

The high-glossy heat transfer vinyl HTV with a smooth surface, vivid color and clean transfer finish. Suitable for T-shirts, sportswear, uniforms, bags, hats and other textile products. PU, TPU, PET,and PVC options are available, with custom size, thickness and finish to meet different production requirements. Samples, flexible MOQ and OEM/ODM production are available.

How to Use

1. Design & Cut
Mirror the design and cut the HTV with the glossy side down.

2. Weed
Remove the excess vinyl and keep the design on the carrier film.

3. Pre-Press the Fabric
Pre-press the fabric for a few seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

4. Position
Place the design on the fabric with the carrier film facing up.

5. Heat Press
Press at 140–160°C (284–320°F) for 8–15 seconds under medium pressure.

6. Peel & Finish
Peel according to the recommended warm or cold peel setting. Allow the transfer to cool before washing.
