The black flocked heat transfer vinyl creates non-reflective, deep and opaque black designs on fabric surfaces, with a unique 3D raised effect. Compared with regular PU or PVC heat transfer vinyl, its velvet-like texture makes logos, numbers and letters look more premium and tactile. Therefore, it is often promoted as an alternative to embroidery, providing a similar three-dimensional effect with lower cost and a simpler production process.

How to Use
- Create and mirror your design in the software.
- Place the flock HTV on the cutter with carrier side down, select a setting for thick / flocked vinyl, and cut.
- Weed the excess material, leaving only the design on the clear carrier.
- Pre-press the garment for a few seconds to remove moisture.
- Position the design on the fabric and press at 150–160°C (302–320°F) for 10–15 seconds with medium pressure.
- Peel the carrier warm or cold as recommended for your product, then let the garment cool before washing.
Tip: Wait at least 24 hours before your first wash. Turn the garment inside out, machine wash with cold water, and tumble dry on low.
