Reflective Heat Transfer Vinyl (Reflective HTV) is a specialized heat transfer material designed to create reflective designs on garments and fabrics. It is widely used for safety apparel, sportswear, cycling clothing, outdoor jackets, uniforms and customized fashion products.
Compared with regular HTV, reflective vinyl features a reflective surface that produces a bright effect when exposed to direct light, improving visibility in low-light environments.
Wait at least 24 hours before washing the garment for the first time.
Use a mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.
Avoid high heat.

How to Use
You use reflective heat transfer vinyl almost the same as normal HTV: mirror, cut from the back (dull) side, weed, heat press at the recommended temperature, then peel the carrier after cooling.Quick Guide to Applying Reflective HTV
- Mirror your design and place the vinyl on your cutting mat with the shiny/carrier side facing down.
- Cut and weed your design carefully.
- Pre-press your garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture.
- Apply heat at 145–155°C (293–311°F) with medium pressure for 13–15 seconds.
- Peel the carrier according to the recommended method:warm peel, or cool peel.
