How to Apply Glitter Puff HTV
- Design & Cut: Create your design and mirror it before cutting. Use a cutting machine suitable for PU/TPU HTV materials.
- Weeding: Remove excess vinyl carefully, leaving only your design on the carrier sheet.
- Pre-Press Garment: Preheat the fabric for 2–3 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles for better adhesion.
- Position Design: Place the design on the garment with the carrier sheet facing up and align it properly.
- Heat Press: Apply heat at 140–155°C (284–311°F) for 8–15 seconds using medium pressure.
- Peel: Peel according to product type (warm peel or cold peel). Peel slowly for best results.
- Second Press (Recommended): Cover with a Teflon sheet and press again for 3–5 seconds to fully activate the puff and secure the glitter finish.
Care Instructions
- Wait at least 24 hours before first wash to ensure full adhesion.
- Wash inside-out in cold water to protect the puff and glitter effect.
- Use mild detergent only. Avoid bleach and strong chemicals.
- Do not dry clean, as harsh solvents may damage the vinyl surface.
