How to Use 3D Embroidery UV DTF Stickers
Using 3D Embroidery UV DTF Stickers on fabrics requires preparing the heat press, peeling and positioning the AB films, removing air bubbles, and completing the final pressing process.
Application Steps
- Preheat Press: Set the heat press bottom plate to 302–320°F (150–160°C).
- Peel Film A: Carefully remove the top A film layer from the sticker set.
- Position Design: Place the B film with the raised faux-embroidery pattern facing down onto your fabric or textile surface. Ensure the design is positioned correctly before pressing.
- Press by Hand: Put the peeled A film back on top of the design. Use your fingers to firmly press the surface and squeeze out any air bubbles to ensure a tight bond.
- Peel and Re-press: Remove the AB film layers. If any adhesive residue remains on the fabric, cover the design with a protective film and heat press at 150°C (302°F) for 15 seconds to permanently secure the transfer.
